Colombia: ‘Giant fireball’ was a meteorite MONDAY, 06 SEPTEMBER 2010 07:56 KIRSTEN BEGG Colombian authorities confirmed that a “giant fireball” that fell from the sky in the Santander department, central Colombia, was a meteorite.
